The homes are all atleast 3000 square feet in size, many are over 5,000 and the largest is over 8,000 square feet. Nearly all of the homes were built by 2008. For amenities, since most luxury homes have their own pools there is a playground and tennis court in the northwest corner.

The town of Windermere is incredible. In this incredible area there are different arts each with their own flair and desirable features etc. Tilden's Grove is an area which has the advantage of nearby conveniences and a very low trafficked road in the front of the community.
