The front entrance of Balmoral is on South Apopka Vineland Road. Directly east is Havencrest a brand new luxury home community. As you go south you are continually driving past luxury homes until after about 5 minutes you reach Conroy Road where you will be doing your shopping and occasional dining etc. The location is good, schools are good and you can be proud of saying you live here.
