That is just the way the residents like it as there is very little traffic here other than the residents of the few communities in this area.

One of the first townhome communities built in this area was Merrick Landing. All of them (to the best of my knowledge) were built in 2002-2003. They are not  the largest of townhomes but rather very functional and built for those who are looking for economical living or a home with no wasted space. After all there is no sense in air conditioning rooms which go unoccupied. The townhomes here are as large as 1,556 square feet and as cozy as 1,068 square feet.

There is a community pool for the residents and all of the townhomes are within walking distance or a very short ride to it. What else happens to be very close is the Publix Supermarket at Summerport. There are other small eateries, shops and stores that are also very nearby. The only thing missing will be a much higher rent than some homes charge.
