Oakland Trails is located between the Florida Turnpike (north) and the northern shoreline of Johns Lake. This places the community about half way between Clermont and Winter Garden FL. This area is just beginning to build up which is somewhat surprising. You can access the Florida Turnpike, there already is a Publix Supermarket and many other stores also. The future for this area seems to be fairly bright. 

Oakland Trails was built in the the previous 5 years and only recently completed. The homes are contemporary in appearance and there are amenities that go along with the gorgeous homes. Living here definitely has it perks and many outdoor activities can be found locally. Those include a boat ramp on Johns Lake which is just to the south.
