Homes for rent in The Lakes in Windermere FL are a possibility. However The Lakes is a fairly small community having just 60 homes inside. Just 14 of those homes are on Lake Down but what stunning views they have. Their back porches, pools and boat docks soaking up the Florida Sun all day long while looking over the full length of Lake Down.
The Lakes is a non gated but luxury home community. I dare say it would take a very negative person a good bit of time to find a reason to not like this community. The streets are beautifully shaded and from my experience the neighbors have a perfect mixture of cordial and myob. That really makes the community special.
The area around here is world famous. There are reasons for that and as long as you do not have a tremendous commute you can be really happy and settled in quick. While at first glance this area looks rather secluded just to the north there is shopping, dining, medical and even gas stations etc. You're going to love it here just like everyone else. Hopefully we will see you soon on the streets of Windermere.
