Usually 10 homes will lease here each year and there are approximately 180 inside of this electronically gated community. There are no townhomes here for those just go east or west about 1/4 of a mile. This community only has traditional single-family homes.

As you might have expected this is not a newer community. However there are communities that are much older in Windermere. These homes were built in the early 2000's because the location is just so good. That happens when someone with vision acquires land in a great spot. They also built a nice community pool for the residents to use and now the neighborhood is lined and filled with beautiful mature trees. What more could you want.

The biggest draw for potential tenants is of course Walt Disney World. It is safe to say that many of the homes here are owned and leased by those working at Disney. You can be on Disney property in under 5 minutes and trust me you can hear the fireworks in the evening especially in the fall and "winter" months.
