Lawn and water service included with rent price. No HOA, quite street, Conservation view, minutes to I4 (without the noise). Washer and dryer in photos included also. The home has clean tile floors throughout the home. The screened in exterior back patio is nice especially after long days and you just want to relax. The owner put in high end appliances for herself and left them when she moved. She also put in pull out kitchen cabinets for those of you who like that. The master bedroom can comfortably fit a king size bed, which was surprising to see. The master bath is the one with the bench in the shower. With the tub being in the guest bath.
