Bona Vista is a lovely community located in Altamonte Springs off 434, very close to 436. All residents are in close proximity to shops and restaurants. The community is gated and offers fantastic amenities! Features include a beautiful pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, barbecue area near the pool, sand volleyball court, playground, and car wash station! Please note, this property is in a gated community. Once your showing is scheduled, please contact our office during business hours for gate access information. Upon approval with our office applicants will also need to apply with the HOA at the cost of $100.
