Highlands Reserve is a non-gated golfing community located in Davenport FL. The main entrance is located on the west side of US-27 just north of Champions Gate and Interstate-4. Although most famous for the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and Course there are also many fine homes here.
The homes for rent in this neighborhood vary from $2,000 to $3,000 depending on the size and location of the home within the community and in relation to the course. The majority of the homes either view the course or a line of trees behind the house. Only 8 to 10 homes will lease here each year.
