Chapin Station was built in 2004 and 2005. Adjacent to this community is the Trails of Winter Garden another non-gated community. Between the two there are some homes which will be leased each year. Amenities here are few but the homes are affordable for more of us who are looking. Currently this community is zoned for Ocoee High School but please confirm that with Orange County Public Schools or another online source. 

Nearby the most notable things are the Publix Supermarket to the north is likely where you will be going. At this same location you can access the local turnpike rather easily as well. To the West you will find Lake Apopka and a very nice and free community park. There is much more to the area than the West Orange Trail although the trail is very popular in the Winter Garden area.
