Covington Chase is a fairly large community located in Northern Winter Garden FL. The community has quite a few homes and for the residents there is a fairly large community park area, pool house and community pool located near the center of the neighborhood.

The homes here were built between 2007 and 2016 and they range in square footage from 1,515 to 3,662. Every time I drive through here the community looks clean and the homes look to be in good shape. The closest community is Oak Glen to the west and not far away is one of the lakefront parks. The park has a boat ramp, pier and lots of beautiful trees. Many people gather here to just enjoy the wildlife and park area.
