Crown Point Springs is fairly large community and one could say well established. The first homes were built in the late 1980's and building continued till most of the homes were completed in 1999. There are no grand community features to speak of but yet the community is well maintained and a great place to live. Not to mention the rent in this community will be far less than in many of the newer trendier communities to the south.

To the south is Plant Street and on your way there you will pass the industrial portion of the city. You can also access the local turnpike just about equal distance from Crown Point Springs is you are driving north or south. The primary difference is to the north by the turnpike is the closest Grocery Store etc. There are parks nearby you can drive to within 10 minutes that include a lot of attractions for outdoorsy people including a boat ramp onto Lake Apopka.
