This is a relatively small community and many are not aware of it. If you are looking for a low trafficked area that is actually close to everything Eden Isle is for you.

Eden Isle had it's first homes built in 2002 and most were completed by 2005. There are around 175 traditional single family homes and not townhomes, condos or villas. The smallest of these houses is a mere 1,536 square feet and the largest is a 3,995 square feet. No monster sized homes but homes that are large enough for most of us or our needs. I have yet to go into any homes in Eden Isle which were not decent enough to turn into rentals with very little effort.

Eden Isle is just about 3 minutes away from the local Publix Supermarket at Summerport and about 5 minutes from the new Windermere Village. Combine that with great schools and oh yes Speer Lake and a private community boat ramp and you have got a great place to live in Eden Isle.
