The location is great for those who like the lake and maybe want to be a little bit off the main tracks. Island Pointe

Island Pointe was built back in 1995-2005. It took a while to complete but Winter Garden was just gaining in popularity. Keep in mind Fullers Crossing has several communities located on it and a couple of them were built simultaneously to this one. The homes vary from 1,650 to 3,500 square feet of living space. There are no real amenities to speak of but that also helps keep the rent down. 

Just 1 mile south is the local community park. Here is where you can find the boat ramp which will get you onto Lake Apopka. Lake Apopka is steadily improving and you can spend all day seeing the sights on and around it. The park also has a nice community pier.
