Homes For Rent in Johns Landing Winter Garden FL are somewhat rare. Johns Landing is a gated community and has around 250 homes which is nearly 4 times as many as Johns Cove. Still rarely do you see one of the lakefront homes come available to lease. The good news is most of the homes in Johns Landing are not lakefront but there is a community boat ramp providing access to Johns Lake.

Construction on the homes in Johns Landing began in 2000 and lasted around 8 years. There are a few much newer but most were completed by 2008. They range from 1,600 to 7,500 square feet in size and as you can imagine the largest are waterfront. The sad thing is many of these homes have seen several different owners and the original owners have lost out on the equity they could have gained.

Leasing a home in this community places you just about 12 minutes west of downtown Winter Garden FL and Plant Street. You will have numerous shopping opportunities in both directions but the closest Publix is to the west and this is where I usually stop by when in the area. Hopefully I will see you there someday,
