This community has around three dozen homes. Those homes were mostly built in the 1980's and have been considered luxury homes in this area for quite some time. Even in the 1980's large homes on lakes were extremely valuable and to top it off Lake Crescent is an actual lake not a named pond like some are. Adjacent to the community there is a very nice community park that is frequented by many local residents. There is a lot to say about this area and the word beautiful is not overused or inappropriate. The city, the foliage and shaded streets make this one of the special places in Central FL.
