There are around 100 homes here but it seems that owners prefer to not lease as opposed to just moving forward. The neighborhood is actually in Orlando. You will find it on the Winter garden Vineland Road or Highway 535 just south of Keenes Pointe. This is a gated lakefront community and yes it does have a private boat ramp. Lake Sheen is a beautiful lake and the community takes full advantage of it as you can see below.

The area here is incredible and so are the local lakes. Just to the north is a great community park, a nature based park and local shopping and dining. You will find even more shopping and dining to the south nearly equal distance. We have not begun to mention other local attractions such as Walt Disney World or Universal. Once you get your home for rent here the only attraction you may need is your beautiful house and this gorgeous lake that just happens to be on the Butler Chain of Lakes.
