The southern part of the neighborhood has a few homes on the north shore of Black Lake. These homes are some of my favorite floor plans in the city. Gorgeous and opulent, the model homes were stunning. The Builder here went on to develop Hawksmoor in Horizons West.

Oxford Chase

Oxford Chase contains around 105 homes. Since only about 5 people will have to decide to keep their investment or sell very few homes here will ever lease. As the community was mostly built well before the prices here skyrocketed these homes would be great to lease and allow a tenant to build the landlord equity.

Just to the south and north is shopping and dining. To the south is the Summerport Village and the quickest way to the local turnpike and the Winter Garden Village. To the north leads to W Colonial Drive for commuting and of course you can also get to downtown Winter Garden which just keeps improving. Expect a 30+ minute drive to downtown Orlando and much less to Disney.
