Peachtree Park is a basic community. By that I mean no community pool or special amenities. Just nice homes that were built between 2015 and 2017. The homes range from 1,700 to 3,300 square feet and since they are newer you can count on lower utility bills. As a tenant that can certainly matter or a landlord between tenants.

The area is obviously what attracts people to this community. Take away Disney and very few people would live on this portion of Reams Road. For those not familiar Disney University is for Cast members or employees of Disney to learn about their jobs etc. However it is also part of Disney property and yes you can reach all of Disney by driving through it. This community is very much close enough to hear the fireworks. Groceries and shopping are both ease and west but you will likely head east to the Lakeside Village as it is closer.
