The attractiveness of the community is still well in tact. Not only is it gated but Stoneybrook has great amenities and a certain pride of ownership. The park area around the absolutely beautiful community pool is definitely a highlight. A strong HOA is present and well needed in more mature communities such as this one. Shopping is very close by, it is literally minutes to the Winter Garden Village, there are multiple entrance/ exits and the local turnpike is about 1 mile from one of those exits.
