Homes for rent in Sunset Bay Windermere FL are extremely rare. Sunset Bay on Conroy Windermere Road contains only three dozen homes of which 25 are located on the shoreline of Lake Down. It is possible to see one of the homes be placed on the rental market but most likely not one of the lakefront. If a lakefront home becomes available expect $10,000 to $25,000 per month.

Sunset Bay Rentals?

Sunset Bay is on a fairly busy street. One of my few complaints about the city is when the traffic gets bad here on Conroy Windermere. However in a way it is also a good thing as it slows the growth in Windermere. Sunset Bay residents do not have to tolerate the full scope of the traffic anyway. Everything is just so close by and the community is so secluded and quiet I doubt it ever bothers anyone here. Just those pressed for time, running late or needing a reason to get upset that day.

Sunset Bay is mostly thought of as a lakefront community. Even if you do not have a lakefront home you have the public boat ramp for Lake Down just outside of the community. Combine that with the convenience of the local stores etc. and the tenants or residents here are pretty much set for life.
