Homes for rent in The Estates of Lake Clarice and Clarice Plantation are very rare. The Estates at Lake Clarice is located between Casabella at Windermere and Winter garden Vineland Road. The main entrance is on the south side of Lake Butler Road. There are only 27 homes in the Lake Clarice communities and yes there actually is a Lake Clarice although it is very small.

This is a luxury home community. Normally only a very small percentage of luxury homes rent as apposed to the owners getting rid of the properties. Only 2 homes have leases 1 time each in the previous 3 years. Consider your alternatives as there are several good ones in this area. The average price of one of the homes which rented was $6,750 which would rent a very nice home in Winter garden or Windermere.

The Area here is very desirable. With Winter Garden Village and the local turnpike just 5 minutes to the north. There is not a lot more which you would need that is more than 10 minutes or so away.
