Homes For Rent in The Manors Windermere FL are occasionally able to be found. The Manors at Butler Bay is a non gated community of around 100 traditional single family homes. This is a well established community and a little older than some others. The reason it is older is the best locations are generally taken first.

The homes in The Manors were built between 1987 and 1999. During that timeframe Windermere was just beginning to be a little recognized as a good place to live. Golf was popular and some of the all time greats were in their hay day so to speak. Golf courses were being built just about everywhere and the weather in Central Florida was looking like a great choice to build a golf dreamland. When you are not golfing why not be at the clubhouse, on the lakes or in your nice home.

The Manors has quite a few nice homes and fairly spacious ones to boot. Almost all of them are between 2,000 to 4,000 square feet and the community is a dream to drive through. Many of these homes are being updated just because of the prime location. I placed a tenant here not long ago and now they wish they owned the home.
