Twinwaters 

Twinwaters is located on Hartwood Marsh Road. There is one portion to the north between Waterside and Hickory Hammock and two on the southern side. The Sanctuary at Twinwaters is the newest and is still being completed as I write this page today. One of our agents lives in the community and has nothing but great things to say about it. With so many lakes in the area there is plenty of room for all 3 portions to have lakefront homes.

Amenities are vital to modern neighborhoods. With our crime rate being so low here in Winter Garden gated communities are nice but not really necessary. Twinwaters is non-gated and still has very little traffic within except for residents. The amenities are normally either lakefront pond front.
