There are only 81 traditional single family homes here and that is around half of what you will find in the Westover Club. This is a very beautiful community and the grand entrance set you up for what to expect inside.

The first of the homes here built in the late 1990's and the final home was built in 2005. At least that is what my records indicate. The homes are between 2,600 to 4,800 square feet in size and most of them have private pools and beautiful yards and trees. The times I have visited homes here I remember the streets looking like you were always about to turn a corner and have beautiful the many trees were. There is a community park near the entrance with sports courts etc. There is however no community pool as most of the homes have their own.

The area is amazing. Just to the south you have the local highschool and more than a handful of great places to shop. Included in those places is a Publix Supermarket and the best LA Fitness Center to help you burn those calories away.
