Westside Townhomes has become quite the rental community. This part of the city has several neighborhoods that rent for a similar price but this is likely the largest. There is a community pool in the middle of the neighborhood that is also a perk. 

The area and price draw tenants to this place. That does not mean that the homes cannot be clean, safe and in good state of repair. In fact I have seen several in really good condition marketed for a fair price. Other good things include the Publix Supermarket and all of the other shops and the stores along Colonial Drive. If you commute a great distance you will be glad to hear the Florida Turnpike can be accessed to the west while the local turnpike can be accessed about 10 minutes away to the south by the Winter Garden Village.
