Homes for rent in Wintermere Harbor Winter Garden FL are fairly uncommon. Wintermere Harbor is a gated community south of the local turnpike on Winter Garden Vineland Road. Do not confuse this community with Wintermere Pointe as this one is much smaller and on the opposite side of Winter Garden Vineland Road.

There are 91 homes in this neighborhood which is not very many homes. Probably why although construction was started simultaneously with Wintermere Pointe this community was finished first although barely. The smallest home here is over 2,500 square feet as apposed to just over 1,800 in the sister community. The largest home is slightly larger here also and here you have lakefront homes and pond front homes. Community amenities are still sparse but the homes are very nice and many of them have private pools and room behind the houses as well.

All in all this is a beautiful albeit smaller community. With the Winter Garden Village, local parks, Walt Disney, world class golf and the arts in downtown Orlando just minutes away. These things combined make it easy to see why this is a great choice to live life and rent a home while you learn the area.
